This past weekend Keri Hilson and Adrienne Bailon were spotted in Jamaica celebrating the launch of Ne-Yo’s new record label, Compound Island. Guests in attendance were treated to the Red Tails movie premiere, a performance at the annual Jazz Festival and a pool party at Secrets Resort.
